A Licensed Occupational Therapist will perform a free home and physical assessment of all Age-In-Place and Universal Design to determine the most appropriate modifications and or recommendations to improve personal independence and safety to max potential in the home. In more involved projects our Certified Age In Place Specialist (CAPS) will team-up with our Occupational Therapist (OT) to determine the best way to keep you in your home longer and safer with the most cost-effective solutions in mind.

Our Grant and Insurance specialist is familiar with many local and Federal grants that many people are eligible for. We also perform a Long-Term Care Insurance Policy review to see if a policy includes home modifications coverage which can be used for modifications to the home and are often sufficient enough to cover most projects and most home owners are unaware it is there.
